Days and Times (Begins March 1st)
Monday: 4:00-5:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00-6:00pm
Saturday 10:00-11:00 am
Pricing: $30 per Session OR $300 per Month Unlimited Training
Personal Training is Available by Appointment.
College Athletes:

DESCRIPTION:
The Strength and Conditioning Class is designed for those Athletes who are looking to get Stronger, Faster, and more Agile. We also include a Conditioning Component for those who are looking to get into better shape. For more information you can email us at tim@performfit.com.
