PerformFit focuses on developing speed, acceleration, power, strength, and agility. We will help you develop in all of these areas regardless of your sport or ability level.

PerformFit will also concentrate on specific energy system demands. This is critical for endurance and power sport athletes.

We follow a progressive approach to training. All of our programs are designed to fit the needs of athletes from beginner to professional.

I had been exercising regularly using free weights until I developed a low back problem 2 years ago. I spent the last two years recovering. The improvements that I have seen since coming to PerformFit have exceeded my expectations.
